Every job gets a unique electronic Job Bag; the modern equivalent of the manilla folder! In the Job Bag you can store all quotes, orders and invoices relating to a project, plus all correspondence between yourself and your client.
Depending on the nature of the order, Job Bags open with a series of actions that need to be completed before the job can be completed. These can be automatically allocated to the relevant member(s) of the team, and they're date and time stamped when marked as complete.
Streamlined Supplier Chasing
It's astonishing how much time you can spend requesting order confirmation and delivery dates from your suppliers! This routine lets you set your criteria by date and/or order status, and email all suppliers to chase up this information.
Although deceptively simple, this freed up an entire person's time at one of our customers, so they were able to focus on more productive and profitable tasks. If it saved you an hour a day, that would be pretty amazing too.
Artwork and Proof Management
Customer Focus Enterprise produces two proof approval documents, one with embedded artwork, and one designed to accompany artwork as an attachment.
Either can be quickly generated from your Job Bag or Live Print Order, and the system automatically records when these documents are generated and sent.
You can also create email lists of customers for whom you're awaiting proof approval, just to give them a little nudge.
Of course, if you utilise our Web2Print upgrade, all proofing is handled via your website.
Print Management Schedule
Viewed by Account Number, Account, Next Call Off Date, Product Number or Job Number, this routine lets you view all past and future scheduled dispatches of customer owned stock.
The product number, job number, quantity and status are clearly labeled, and you can schedule additional dispatches from this window, as well as emailing or printing off a schedule report.
Print Management Dispatch
If you hold stock of printed products for your clients, the Print Management Dispatch feature helps you view previous dispatches and future dispatches, and schedule immediate dispatch of an urgent order.
You can create detailed reports from this section, and email stock lists to your clients whenever required.
Customer Focus Enterprise can also be used to manage any customer owned stock, including promotional products and apparel.
